Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Almost everyone has GA4 running, but few have it set up well. Events are named differently on every page, e-commerce data is missing fields, your own visits are counted, and the standard reports don't answer your questions. We set up GA4 around what you want to know.
What we do
Events and parameters
One consistent naming scheme for events and parameters, based on the questions you want answered.
E-commerce or leads
The whole purchase journey, from product view to order. Or, without a shop, your forms, enquiries and sign-ups.
Settings
Data streams, internal traffic, unwanted referrals, data retention, cross-domain and the links with Google Ads and Search Console.
Reports
Reports and explorations for the questions your team asks every week.
BigQuery export
Your raw GA4 data in BigQuery, so you're not stuck with the limits of the interface.
What we work with
The tools we use for this. Which ones we pick depends on your setup.
“At Oogfonds, we needed someone to properly configure our Google Analytics and tracking to gain better insight into our data. Freek was fantastic. He responds quickly, actively contributes ideas, and ensures everything runs smoothly. His help is incredibly valuable! I would definitely recommend Freek to anyone looking for expertise in this area.”

We already have GA4. Can you improve it?
Yes, that's the usual situation. With an audit we first look at what's there and what's wrong with it. Often the base stays and we fix the events, the settings and the links.
Why does GA4 differ from my own numbers?
Consent, ad blockers, events that fire twice or not at all, and a different way of attributing. Part of it can be fixed, part can't: consent can cost up to 20 percent of your visitors. We show you which part comes from where.
Will you teach our team to work with GA4?
Yes. With every delivery we walk you through what's there and how to use the reports.
