Tracking implementation
You don't have proper tracking yet, your setup has grown into a patchwork over the years, or you want to move server-side. Meanwhile your campaigns steer on numbers you don't fully trust. We build it the way it should be.
What we do
We set up your tracking on your website and server-side where needed, with numbers that add up and in a way someone else can still follow later. In the 90-day programme we stay on after launch, because most errors only show up once real traffic hits it.
In your situation
Online shops
Your measured revenue has to match your backend. So we measure the purchase from the order itself instead of from the browser: a thank-you page that is closed or reloaded changes nothing, and item, shipping and discount data come along. Then we put your real orders next to what GA4, Google Ads and Meta recorded, so you can see what is still missing.
Read the caseTicketing and events
The sale happens in the ticketing provider's system, so the purchase never comes from your own site. We pick the order up there and send it server-side to GA4 and the ad platforms, with the right source attached.
Read the caseSaaS and subscriptions
The trial is the conversion you measure, but the value appears at the first payment. We measure the sign-up straight away and send the payment back later as an offline conversion, so Google and Meta optimise on revenue instead of sign-ups.
Lead generation
A filled-in form is not a customer. We connect the lead to your CRM and send the step that matters, such as a quote or a signed deal, back to the ad platforms.
A long journey across devices
In telecom, insurance and subscriptions there is time between orientation and signing, and people switch from phone to laptop. Attribution is the real problem then, not the firing of a tag. We measure across domains and keep the journey together with an ID of your own.

How it works
Build
Week 1–2We set up GTM on your website and, where needed, server-side.
Test and launch
Week 3–4We test, set up consent and publish. In the programme, monitoring goes live with the first publish.
Settle in
Month 2The first weeks of real traffic. If a trigger behaves differently in production than in testing, we see it and fix it.
Review
Month 3We go through what happened, what we fixed and where your tracking stands.
After that
Month 4You can continue monitoring as a subscription, in the subscription that suits you.
“Very satisfied! Freek from New North Digital helped us optimize our tracking. This not only saves us hundreds of euros per month, but also makes our tracking better than ever.”

All casesFrequently asked questions
What's the difference between an implementation and the 90-day programme?
With an implementation we build and deliver. In the programme we stay on for three months, fix what goes wrong after launch, and close with a review.
Does this work for my site?
Yes. We work for shops, lead generation, SaaS and content sites, on Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress or a custom platform. If you don't sell online, we measure leads, enquiries or sign-ups, and send the leads that become customers from your CRM back to Google Ads and Meta.
Do I need an audit first?
Not necessarily. An audit does help: it settles up front what needs building.
What happens after the 90 days?
You can continue monitoring as a subscription, in the subscription that suits you. We discuss it at the review.
Do you work with our own developers or agency?
Yes. We agree on what they need to deliver, such as events in the dataLayer, and test together before it goes live.
